Shipping
Are shipping fees and taxes included in the product price?
Yes. All product prices already include applicable local taxes (GST/VAT) and standard shipping fees. No extra shipping charge is added at checkout. International customers remain responsible for customs duties, import charges, destination-country levies, and any additional fees charged by customs authorities.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Orders are processed within 10–12 business days. Delivery estimates after dispatch:
- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Who pays customs duties and import charges?
Local GST/VAT and standard shipping are already included in the product price. For international orders, customs duties, import charges, destination levies, and any extra fees imposed by customs authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility lies with the courier. A-Que cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages at this stage. If your package does not arrive, please contact the courier with your tracking details. Our team will gladly assist with guidance to help resolve the matter.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible domestic pin codes.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available for select pin codes within India. At checkout, if COD is supported in your location, the option will appear.
Do I need exact change for COD orders?
Yes. Please keep the exact amount ready as delivery partners may not carry change.
Can I refuse a COD order?
Orders placed via COD are considered confirmed. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on the use of this payment option for future purchases.
How are COD exchanges handled?
Exchanges or store credits for COD orders will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Store credit is issued digitally; no cash refunds are made for COD orders.
Exchanges & Returns
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for refunds. Customers may request exchanges or store credit.
Which items are eligible for exchange?
Exchanges are permitted for:
- Size exchange of the same SKU
- Exchange to another SKU of equal or higher value (price difference payable by the customer)
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. After verification, we will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or issue store credit. Refunds are not provided.
