Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.

We do not accept returns for refunds. Customers may request an exchange or store credit as per the terms below.

• Initiate within 7 days of delivery.
• Permitted: Size exchange (same SKU) or exchange to another SKU of equal or higher value (price difference payable by the customer).
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Domestic exchanges: Customer bears return shipping; we ship the replacement at no additional charge.
• International exchanges: Customer bears both return and reshipment costs. Any customs or import charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If you prefer not to exchange immediately, you may opt for store credit equal to the product value paid (the product price already includes GST/VAT and standard shipping). Store credit is issued as a digital coupon code, is valid for 6 months, and is non-transferable.

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@a-que.in with clear photographs. After verification, we will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or issue store credit. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

• Sale items, discounted products, and custom orders are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
• Items without original tags/packaging, or showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage, will be returned to the customer.

For COD orders, exchanges or store credits will be processed after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection. Store credit will be issued digitally; no cash refunds are made for COD orders.

• Email contact@a-que.in with your order number and request (size exchange / product exchange / store credit / defective or incorrect).
• Once approved, we will share the return address and packing instructions. Exchanges/store credits are issued post inspection.
