Price Inclusions & Exclusions
- Included in the product price: applicable local taxes (GST/VAT) and standard shipping fees.
- Not included: customs duties, import charges, destination-country local levies, or any additional fees charged by customs authorities for international deliveries. These, if applicable, are payable by the customer.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 10–12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing timelines may extend during peak periods or unforeseen delays.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard shipping fees are already included in the product price. No additional shipping fee is charged at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
International Shipping
- Standard shipping fees are included in the product price.
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–15 business days, depending on destination country.
- We currently ship to USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, Singapore. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.
- Customs duties, import charges, destination-country levies, and any additional customs fees are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer upon import.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please use the tracking number to monitor your shipment with the courier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely. Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package lies with the courier service. A-Que cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages after this stage. If your package does not arrive as expected, please contact the courier using your tracking details. Our team will gladly assist with information to help resolve the matter.
Restrictions & Liability
- Certain pin codes/locations may be excluded due to logistical limitations.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
